We Move as One Crew

Whole Crew Athletics is a weekly 90-minute coached training session where families, friends, and athletes of every kind come together to move, laugh, and push their limits — each at their own pace. Whether you’re six or sixty, chasing a personal record or just chasing your kids down the track, every workout is guided by our coach and designed to challenge you just enough to surprise yourself.
No commitments. Just show up and move.

Simple, Flexible, and Always Doable

Our outdoor sessions are free, an each indoor session costs just 50 CZK per person, paid on-site. You don’t need a membership, a fancy watch, or to be “in shape.” Just come as you are — we’ll scale the exercises so they fit your level. Some days you’ll take it easy; other days you’ll surprise yourself with how strong, fast, or steady you’ve become. The key is to keep showing up.

From Track to Gym — the Crew Keeps Moving

Until the end of November, we train in the fresh air at the RAK track, where the open space helps you push a little further each week. In December, we move indoors to TJ Sokol Praha Krč, continuing the same format in a warm, energizing space. The seasons change, but the momentum — and the crew — stays the same.

Every Saturday Morning

Join us each Saturday at RAK Track (from December 1st we meet at TJ Sokol Praha Krč), starting at 10AM. Bring comfortable clothes, indoor shoes, a water bottle, and an open mind — you might just surprise yourself with what you can do. Warm up, train, cheer each other on, and finish feeling stronger than you started.

Whole Crew Athletics began with a simple belief: that everyone — kids, beginners, seasoned runners — has untapped strength waiting to be discovered. You don’t need to compete to grow. You just need to show up, give it a try, and see what happens when you move with the crew. Week after week, those small surprises add up — and before you know it, you’re doing more than you thought possible.

We keep it casual — but it helps to know who’s in this week.

Whole Crew Athletics is all about flexibility — just show up when you can! But if you let us know you’re planning to join a particular Saturday, we can keep you posted in case of changes due to weather, location shifts, or special events. It’s not a commitment — just a quick heads-up that you’ll be part of this week’s crew.
